Would like to have same books that I had in wordSearch available to me. By Kevin Missel. Great study tool for digging deeper and getting more context of scripture. The FaithLife Study Bible, commentaries and scholarly articles are fantastic.
The app also works well, both on mobile and desktop. By Jim. I used Olive Tree for years and still reference it periodically. I couldn't commit to getting up to speed with the more complex software that Logos is, but once I watched a few tutorials, I strongly favor it. Logos has powerful tools for study and research. I'm enjoying learning about all the tools available.
Nov 21, By Jarrod Wright. I've had their program for several years. I use the mobile app more than anything. The app has improved significantly over time.
Their tech is very user friendly! I can download any of my resources to use without internet connection. This tool is built for people who want to STUDY, not just read, however it is great for reading also. Dec 9, By kj ray k. I like being able to use any translation without being knee deep in Bibles.
Still the best. Dec 20, By Jack Penrod. Bought The People's Bible Commentaries and are reading them all. It's really good. Put them to audio at the same time is suggested next step.
Similar to Logos Bible Study App. Study and apply the Bible. BSF community Sep 2, By naysnanna. It is structured just enough to guide you through a study, but in depth conversations with others in the groups, allows new viewpoints and experiences to bring us together.
Iron Sharpens Iron. Some are only ready for the milk of the Word, the simple message of Salvation. Others are ready to tackle the meat of it, diving deeper into each verse and even the study of a single word within the verse.
Dec 26, By Darlene K. This app works well. It makes doing your homework super easy because all you have to do is click a link to get to the different Bible references. They have added a feature where you can export your answers. What Bible Study Fellowship has done for me Sep 10, By Claudia Rae.
I asked if I could go with her. Most of all, I saw how God pursues us because He loves us so very, very much!!! I stopped going for several years and realized that there was something big missing in my life, so I decided to go back.
My heart was full again with what I was learning and my marriage got better. It is so rich that I cannot stop going. I learn new and wonderful things with every study. I highly recommended this deep and applicable way of learning and growing spiritually. Dec 2, Granted, I had low expectations for this app but it's worked flawlessly and also works offline.
Super user friendly and it's great to click on a highlighted Bible verse and get the text and then be able to go back to the actual question.
Highly recommended! Sep 11, By Portfolio Manager. This is a great app for Bible study. Very helpful, and highly recommended. A big "Thank you" to the developers of this great tool. May God bless you! I have enjoyed using the app on my iPad. I just take my iPad to the group meetings and have my questions and answers available. No printing or downloading question. You do not have to have Wi-Fi to use the app once it is downloaded. I feel it is easier to read than the paper questions and notes.
You can also just click on the verse sited in each question and it brings up the referenced verses. This makes the study much more efficient. I like that I can take my iPad anywhere and work on my lesson and studying the Word of God. Blessings more. Love this app! Audio verses would be so helpful! Oct 15, By MrsCandyDodge. It helps me be able to do my lessons wherever I am and I love that i can write however much I want for the questions without having to squeeze my writing into a little space.
One thing I would love is if they could add an audio bible option on the app because I use the audio to help me stay focused on the passage ADHD brain here! I can still use another app for this, but it would be a total game changer if it was available on the BSF app!
Study the Bible any where Sep 21, By Homenow. I love this app. I can do my lesson a day at a time. I can really meditate on each days verses and question. It really makes a difference on how much I receive from each days lesson. I use to do all of it within a couple days now I just enjoy each days question. And I go on social media less. I contacted app support and their response was to contact Apple and have them fix it since it works on my computer. Now I need to figure out how to contact Apple.
This is the first app that the tech support has put it back on the customer to figure out how to fix it. Does not work equally on all devices nor syncs Sep 19, By lsrd. Well-thought App but not yet working like it could potentially. On the laptop, you could fill out the answers on the PDF files but they will not save. You lose answers as soon as you leave the page. If you use the iPad to fill out the answers, it will save them yet not sync across all devices, so if you open the App next on your cel, or website on laptop, all answer spaces are blank although saved on iPad.
Only saves filled-out answers on either iPad or cel individually. Also, the App layout is better than the website page. This is our first time participating. Sep 8, This a new app created with the help of CSBF.
I hope this will be fixed. This is really too bad especially after all the improvements in communication after the pandemic and yet this app is lagging behind the times. Sep 20, By c2mog. The only bible version inside the app is NIV. The only web choice is Spanish. That gets old fast. Please add these features before you force CBSF to retire. Oct 5, By Jackie Gibson. The app would be better if the lecture and additional notes were in the lecture section of the app rather than the same screen that says "coming soon" and buttons to take you to the website where you then have to login in order to view the lecture.

I'm so excited BSF finally has an app. Especially now that we don't get printed notes every week and I don't have a printer.

So I don't have to log in online everytime. Sep 16, By Casey Santos. At first the app seemed too simple, but after I used it to complete my first lesson--I realized the simplicity of it is the best part!! The convenience of being able to click on the scripture references and the ease with which I was able to move back and forth from scripture back to the question I was working on was SO GREAT!!
All my answers were saved, and I can do my lesson easily wherever I am. Now, instead of idly opening my Facebook app Sep 17, By Groveswamp. Love the new app Sep 15, By Jester: My only complaint would be the rotation of the screen. I was hoping to use my IPad so I can type my answers to the questions but when I open the app it immediately goes the wrong direction. If I turn my iPad the keyboard will not work.
So if you would make is so the screen will adjust to the way the iPad is laying that would be much appreciated. See all 4 reviews. Jan 9, By Clarence Baker.
This app doesn't load properly and is very unintuitive the notes are not readable because you can't make them fit the app they are set up for a PC. Really needs someone to spend a couple of dollars to fix. Really sucky app. Sep 22, By Sheena Rogers. This review isn't for the app itself but rather BSF. I ordered my book almost 2 months ago. They said I would get an email once shipped out. I realize it could be late but there's been 0 communication since.
I mean, am I waiting another week or am I waiting another 4 months? If I have to wait months I want my money back. Very impactful for people who'll spend time to follow the studies and elaborations. Oct 27, By Cathey Lynn D. Love this Bible app. It's very detailed and useful for learning and teaching the WORD. Dec 30, By Lisa K. I use this often especially during sermons. Or perhaps a shorter book like Philippians? Lots of people enjoy reading the Bible. But others who teach the Bible, like Sunday School teachers or small group leaders, also spend a lot of time thinking about the Bible.
Obviously, reading the entire Bible is a worthwhile endeavor. Besides, there is a lot of historical and cultural issues to study so that you can understand all of the Bible. Granted, every Christian should seek to read through the Bible at least once…and maybe even once a year. It takes time to study the background of a book—but it is important to know the author, the audience, and the occasion of a book. So if you are ready to jump into a Bible book study, where do you start?
Plus, there is a lot of action! But there are shorter books, like Philippians, Colossians, and 1 John. A goal might be to read and study all 66 books of the Bible. That would be awesome.
